Berry Smoothie Popsicles with Mountain High Yoghurt

This post is brought to you by Mountain High Yoghurt. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that keep Jess Loves This Life going!

Now that it's almost Summer, I'm finding myself wanting to turn everything into popsicles or ice cubes. Admittedly, it doesn't ever get too cold here for me to have to skip out on ice cold treats, but something about even warmer days just makes me want to freeze everything that's edible! For today's treat, I wanted to turn my go to smoothie into a popsicle. What I love most about this is that it makes it perfectly acceptable to eat "dessert" during breakfast, and it's so good

I started off by making a classic berry smoothie. In a blender I added frozen strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, a little almond milk, and some Mountain High Yoghurt. After that, all I did was divide the smoothie evenly into a popsicle mold and let them freeze over night. Super simple, quick, and healthy!

I didn't need to add any extra sugar or sweetener to this because the vanilla flavored Mountain High Yoghurt is already the perfect amount of sweetness for my taste buds! Not only is this yoghurt delicious, it's also great for you. With no added ingredients or gelatin, you can rest assured that your morning smoothie (or popsicle!) is only full of good things for your body. But my top favorite thing about Mountain High Yoghurt is their emphasize on only using milk from farms that don't treat their cows with growth hormones.

  6. This recipe looks great! I love turning smoothies into popsicles too... I do it with leftover smoothies from breakfast and let my kids have it as "dessert" in the bath at night. It is great.

  10. I have been feeling the same way about popsicles lately! All I want to do is make them and eat them! What a simple idea but love that I can feel good about feeding them to my kids. Way cheaper then buying real fruit popsicle also! Thanks for the idea!

  18. I've always wanted to try something like this because it's the midst of summer here in the Philippines. Haha! Or actually it's almost over and I'm totally over it too. LOL. It just gets really hot specially during the day. I wanted to make some popsicle and put some fruits in it just like what you did, but we don't have the tools and I'm suddenly starting to get sore throat after eating ice cream a lot. haha! Maybe when I get better.

    Stay Wonderful Always,
