Homemade Frozen Yogurt With Del Monte Pure Earth Juice

Today's post is brought to you by Del Monte Pure Earth Juice. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you for supporting the brands that keep this party going!

Happy Friday! I am so excited to get the weekend started. Andrew will be away at his bachelor party so I'm using the next few days to really buckle down and get my craft on for our wedding (29 days guys!!). I thought I'd pop in and share with you all a healthy snack that I'll be having plenty of during my craft fest this weekend. With only a few weeks left before saying I Do, I'm trying to be super conscious about what I'm putting in my body. Primarily because I want to look fabulous on my wedding day, but also because eating healthy will ensure I don't catch a random cold or get sick leading up to it! With the help of Del Monte Pure Earth Juice, I've come up with an easy homemade frozen yogurt that is both satisfying and healthy. This treat is perfect if you're yearning for Summer as it tastes like a wonderful tropical drink. Let's get started!

Here's what you need:
-1 12oz bottle of Del Monte Pure Earth Juice (I used the pineapple flavor)
-1 cup of frozen pineapples
-1 cup of frozen mangos
-1 cup of plain greek yogurt

Here's what you do:
Place all your ingredients in a blender, and blend, blend, blend! If you want a smoothie, stop here. But I promise, you probably want some frozen yogurt instead! Pour your mixture into a plastic container and freeze for up to 3 hours. After frozen, use an ice cream scooper and serve into a bowl. Top with berries and enjoy! This will make quite a few servings. Perfect for sharing with friends (or keeping for yourself!)

My favorite thing about this recipe is how crazy simple the ingredients are. I love knowing that the Del Monte Pure Earth Juice is made of only 100% pineapple juice! They also have an excellent array of other flavors that are just as healthy and tasty, too! Yum! Del Monte Pure Earth Juice is also free of any added sugars, and has 35% of your daily needed source of Vitamin C. The 12oz bottles of Del Monte Pure Earth Juice are also perfect for you to take on the go!

Del Monte Pure Earth Juice can be found at your local grocery store in the juice aisle. Don't forget to print the coupon below, or click here for $1 off your Del Monte Pure Earth Juice! Have a happy weekend!

  5. I love the idea of making my own frozen yogurt, that way you control what goes into it and you don't need extra preservatives that they always add. This looks so refreshing!
