One of my biggest goals this week is to organize my Pinterest account. It is a hot, hot mess and I MUST get it under control asap! I created my account long before I started blogging, so naturally I freely pinned the most random stuff a million times a day. It'd be easy enough to just create a new account, but quite frankly I am just too damn lazy to do that and I don't want to lose some of my favorite pins! Last night I was completely determined to organize my boards and add an option to pin my posts from my blog...and then I got stuck in the hole that is all things pretty on Pinterest. You know how that is, I'm sure. I decided to round up a few of my favorite pins to share with you today...mostly so I wouldn't feel like I completely lost myself online with no purpose!
DIY's I want to try...
DIY Mini Pinatas (OMGGGGG!)
DIY Ombre Cart (OOMMMGGGG x2!!!)
Mini Hanging Garden perfect for summer!
Painted Cheeseboard I never would have thought of painting a cheeseboard. The possibilities are seriously endless with this one.
Colorful Weaving's I keep seeing these everywhere and I can't wait to try making my own!
Recipes I want to make...
Chopped Thai salad with sesame garlic dressing
Strawberry avocado couscous salad with lime vinaigrette
Honey chipotle chicken bowls with lime quinoa
Healthy sweet potato fries
Lentil tacos with tomato radish salsa
PS I'm not actually this healthy IRL but summer is making me crave all these yummy looking meals!
Wedding inspiration...
All of these pins can be found on the Keller Wedding board aka OUR wedding board! I have 2 other boards, both created before the ring. Since we got engaged, I decided to start fresh and focus on our color scheme! We're going with twinkly lights, pretty blush colors, and as many gold sequined elements as we (read: I) can get away with! PS we're getting married in 227 days. No big deal.
Favorite Pinners...
Kelly Lanza (Studio DIY) Her account resembles her blog, so it's basically one giant party and I love it!
Chelsea Foy (Lovely Indeed) If you're looking for really sleek and classic looking crafts to try, she's your girl.
Jennifer Hardwick She posts the best blogging pins!
The Pink Diary I'm obsessed with her Instagram account, so naturally I LOVE her Pinterest account! So many sweet colors and pretty pictures!
What are some of your favorite pins? Is there anything in particular you find yourself pinning more often than not? PS, leave your Pinterest account down below, I'd love to follow along! And if you feel like sticking around while I clean up my act (ahem, account), you can follow me here!

ReplyDeleteEverything looks so great when you get on there. I definitely kept a personal account and created a business account as well. I just don't always have the same taste as what my readers are looking for through my site. I found it easier to keep the two separate. It's still sorta a mess though.
