Weekly Wishes #21

Happy Monday!
I hope you had a wonderful Easter and you're feeling excited for a new week!
It's time to set some goals!

But first, let's take a minute to swoon over these pretty flowers Andy bought for me over the weekend. We were grocery shopping and he snuck into the next line to pay for them before we left. I'm not sure I can love him any more than I already do. I'm SO excited to become Mrs. Keller! Eeekkk!!! But enough with the mushiness, that's for another time...
But really, I have an entire mushy post planned for later this week...

Anyway...it's MONDAY!
Last week was another crazy busy work week, but it looks like this week is much lighter and I'll have some time for myself! Phew!

1. Be a better blogger. Meh, I still had those moments where I didn't feel too connected to my blog, probably because I scheduled everything too far ahead since I was busy all week. I'm eager to blog more and be more active with what I'm doing on here this week!
2. Go on a date with Andy
3. Eat better/go on a hike. I definitely ate better, but no time for a hike.
4. Go to Disneyland. We went for a few hours last week after work to watch the fireworks and have some ice cream! We seriously hadn't gone in over a month! Crisis averted!

This Weeks Wishes/To-Do List:
1. Be a better blogger. FOR REAL. I'm also in need of new blogs to read! Leave a comment below with your blog link so I can come say hello! Does anyone else feel super inspired after reading blogs??
2. Go on a hike.
3. Finish my skillshare class. I mentioned a few weeks ago that I had signed up and started taking a blogging class, but I've kind of forgotten about it till now. I would really like to finish the class this week!
4. Laundry. This seems to appear on my list more often than not. I hate laundry.
5. Juice more. Another repeat offender on here. I think it'd be easier to stick to juicing if there were kitchen fairies who would clean up after me every time I made juice. #someoneinventthisplease

Hooray for a fun and creative week!
Have a fantastic day!

  1. Those flowers are beautiful! Andy did good :) And ugh laundry. I feel like that's always on the back of my mind and I don't know where it could possibly come from!

  2. As always, I'm loving all of your goals! I always feel disconnected from my blog if I schedule heaps of posts way in advance. It's nice to do, but totally diminishes that high of being present and pushing post as soon as you type something out and watching it go live. I need to step up my blogging game too. Andy sounds like such a keeper. I always find myself tearing up after mushy posts, oh goodness. Always inspired by other people's love!

    1. I totally agree. Scheduling ahead of time is useful but not as personal or fun as blogging the day of or the night before!

  5. You got yourself a good man, girl! So sweet, and those flowers are gorgeous! You're entitled to be mushy with someone like him :-)

And how about I join you for the blogging part! I understand how you feel, but in my case it's having lots of ideas but just not motivated to do any blogging :-s

    1. Aw, that happens too! Motivation is a HUGE deal when it comes to blogging and it's not realistic or possible to actually be motivated EVERY day!

    1. You totally should! Basically all of their $20-$30 classes are included in the membership which is only $10 a month, so if there are a lot of classes you want to take it kind of pays for itself! That and there's no commitment to the membership :)

  7. love the flowers!
Good luck with your wishes this week. Sometimes if you aren't up to blogging don't feel pressured to. I am sure the feeling will come back.

  8. I love the flowers too. So pretty and bright. I need some fresh flowers in my house too but they are so expensive over here. I miss New York for 5 dolla bundles. A bunch in Abu Dhabi is triple the price. Nuts!
Good luck with your goals this week.
