Pretty Little Liars is FINALLY back tonight and I've been watching reruns all day leading up to the long awaited Halloween episode! Here's a quick and easy dinner recipe for you to whip up tonight and enjoy while you watch the premiere! I'm not kidding when I say this is a quick meal...even A might be able to take time away from her scheming to make this without losing sight of the liars...

|Stuffed Bell Peppers|
-Pepper Jack Cheese
-Gluten Free Soy Sauce
In a pan, I combined the olive oil, already cooked rice, mushrooms, pineapple, and gluten free soy sauce (you can use regular soy sauce too). I let all the ingredients cook for a bit...about 10 minutes or so. In the mean time, I had the oven preheating at 350. Once my filling was done, I placed a small cube of cheese at the bottom of the bell pepper, added some filling, and topped it with a bit more cheese. I then baked the peppers in the oven for 20 minutes and they were done! Yum!
